I’ve studied the work of top experts, with an extensive library of books, podcasts, and more, including Dr John Gottman, Esther Perel, Alain de Botton, bell hooks, Amy Chan, Mark Groves, and many more.

And finally, I’ve studied under the ICF (International Coaching Federation)-certified coaching program at Lumia, co-founded by LMFT, coach, and best-selling author John Kim. This included not just the art of coaching but also psychology, neurobiology, trauma, intersectionality, and much more.
